We coach ILCA 4, 6, and 7 across all three levels of the ARC Performance Pathway. Whether you are aiming for consistent open meeting results, qualifying for nationals, or targeting a top-30 national championship finish, we have the coaching structure and technology to get you there faster than you would on your own.
Our ILCA coaching sessions cover rig setup for variable UK conditions, starting line execution in competitive fleets, wind shift management on the beat, downwind angles and planing technique, and physical conditioning specific to the demands of ILCA racing. Every session includes 360-degree on-boat video analysis so you can see exactly what is happening and what to fix.
